The Leadership Development Program provides a series of unique professional services designed by nonprofit executives for their peers.
The Institutes Of Study
Our firm is the chief learning organization for a series of Institutes that offer a “course of study” to develop leaders. Our Institutes are offered in concert with Executive Service Corps of Southern California and The Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program.

Our Training Partners
Executive Consulting is also proud to have been selected to develop and deliver the following on-going training programs:
The Wells Fargo New Executive Directors Institute of Executive Service Corps of Southern California: Offered once a year, this year-long program features six day-long training sessions, coaching by an ESC consultant, and completion of a customized project. Participants must have been an executive director for three years or less. For more information, please click here.
Wells Fargo Executive Directors Leadership Institute: Offered once a year, this year-long program also combines six day-long training sessions, coaching and completion of a customized project to executive directors with at least five years of experience. For more information, click here.
Developing Development Program: Participants in this year-long program (taught in a classroom setting) learn how to bring order to fundraising as an organizational process, raise money from current and former donors, and identify practical methods for growing the fundraising program. Executive Mentoring Program
Our services also include an Executive Mentoring Program that we developed ourselves. We train our professionals to nurture peer-to-peer relationships to help executives that are:
